THE INAUGURAL RIM TO RIVER 100
In this short film, the Ridge RUNers highlight Bryant and Laura Baker’s journey to put on the Inaugural Rim to River 100 mile run and the first running of the race. A first of its kind race in West Virginia, this race supports Adventure Appalachia, a non-profit that funds grants and scholarships for local youth that could not afford access to some of the outdoor recreation opportunities the New River Gorge has to offer. The community support and turnout for this race was incredible, and the course highlights the most beautiful sections of America’s newest national park. You will also learn the stories of some amazing runners at this year’s race. We can’t wait to be at this race again next year, and hope that you’ll join us there as well.
NO BS - A PROMISE LAND 50K FILM
NO BS – A PROMISE LAND 50K FILM takes its name from the initials of two incredible ultra-runners: Sarah Biehl and Rachel Spaulding. But, it also has the meaning you probably thought it did. Rachel and Sarah are two of up-and-coming elites racing not just for the victory in the women’s race at ultra-distance events, but for the overall win. Sarah and Rachel truly show what is great about our sport and hopefully show other young women getting into the ultrarunning scene everything that it has to offer them. Watch how things shake out for them on the day! We hope you enjoy it!
